For what it does, nothing is better.
If you suffer from psoriasis, this may just be your ticket to clear it up. I have moderate/severe psoriasis if I don’t treat it.

Use it well, but don’t overdo it
Definitely helps with dandruff. This stuff is so powerful, I only use it once a week. I think it may burn your hair if you use it too often.

It just works..
I don’t (to my knowledge) have psoriasis. What I do have is fairly bad recurrent dandruff, flaking, and scalp itching.
